Andrew C. Salvucci, J.D., LL.M is an associate attorney handling litigation of personal injury actions, with experience handling wrongful death and survival actions, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and workers’ compensation matters. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey. He has extensive experience handling arbitration of personal injury cases throughout Pennsylvania.
Mr. Salvucci received his Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in 1993 and his Law degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 1996. After law school, Mr. Salvucci began his legal career as a law clerk for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, clerking for Judge Joseph Hakun.
Thereafter, Mr. Salvucci worked for several law firms in Bucks County, Pennsylvania practicing personal injury, workers’ compensation, real estate and estate planning. In the past, Mr. Salvucci volunteered with the New Jersey Attorney General’s office, Division of Law and Public Safety, assisting with trials and appeals in cases involving tort and employments matters filed against public officials.
Mr. Salvucci has successfully tried multiple personal injury cases to verdict in Pennsylvania. He recently received his LL.M in Trial Advocacy, with Honors, from Temple University School of Law in 2012. He currently serves as faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Salvucci is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Bar Association and Lawyers Club of Philadelphia. He is married and resides with his wife and children in Bucks County, PA.
